Restore Your Smile with Gum Builder™ Treatment in Palo Alto
Trusted Dentist in Palo Alto

At Denise Henderson DDS, we offer Gum Builder™ treatment to help patients in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Los Altos, and Stanford maintain the beautiful results they worked so hard to achieve.

Suffering from tooth sensitivity or gum recession?

The Gum Builder™ treatment is indicated for individuals experiencing mild, moderate, or severe gum recession. Mild gum recession consistently worsens and does not improve on its own. Gum recession is often overlooked and under-treated. If your dentist has identified a mild gum recession, it's crucial to seek treatment immediately! If your dentist has been monitoring your gum recession, they are witnessing its progression, potentially leading to the need for surgical intervention.

Introducing the Gum Builder™ treatment

The Gum Builder™ treatment is a non-surgical, noninvasive, conservative and effective treatment for gum recession and teeth hypersensitivity. This treatment uses regenerative gum filler which stimulates new collagen and can regenerate gum tissue. Say goodbye to the discomfort of temperature sensitivity; with the Gum Builder™ treatment, you can achieve quick and lasting relief!

"A breakthrough treatment for gingival recession and tooth hypersensitivity"

Incredible Results

Patients can expect to see rapid improvements in their tooth sensitivity, many times within 2-3 days, and can expect to see an improvement of gum recession in 4-6 weeks. For severe gum recession, The Gum Builder™ is not a replacement for gum surgery. However, it is an excellent alternative for those who do not want gum surgery to stabilize

What does the procedure look like?

The Gum Builder™ is a relatively painless procedure. The dentist will numb the gum prior to the procedure and afterwards the area may feel slightly swollen. While some patients find relief with Tylenol or Ibuprofen, many do not require any medication. Depending on the severity of the gum recession, the patient may need up to three treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Furthermore, maintenance visits may be necessary alongside your regular dental cleanings.
